The THING is coming!

Remember what I said about making music? Yeah, I wasn't joking. Here's my latest one.

An offer I couldn't refuse..

Post on Blogger! Make money!

Well, I am vain enough to believe that writing lengthy and superfluous articles about whatever crosses my mind constitutes as worthy enough contribution to the Internet, and i liek money, so how can I say no?

So, here I am.

Writing original content.

I'll go by Dacious, a currently 21 year old living in Canberra, Australia. I make music, play video games, and smoke weed. I work in a candy store, and drive a blue corolla. I also often find myself at my computer lamenting the lack of human interaction.

So here's where this blog comes in! I'm going to continue to write here until my leftover thoughts have become an archive. But first, some inspiration..

I just put my glasses on. This should help ease the transition from 'sitting on my arse' to 'sitting on my arse and thinking'. So far so good.

Y'know, thinking about it, this blog has been a long time coming. For months now I've been wishing I had a way to just jot down my thoughts, y'know? Over 10,000 years of attempted civilisation and they've to come up with a suitable way for me to put thought to paper. I wouldn't want to read anything I'd written either, my eyes are bad enough. Yet here I stare at a staggeringly bright screen in a dark room. Oh well, glasses'll fix that.

As an alternative I looked for an app that would let me put voice to text, so I could talk to my phone like a tiny metallic butler, but I couldn't find one. That was a massive blow to my attempted productivity. I barely made it out with my life.

I really struggled through writing that last paragraph in the hope I'd think of something powerful and dramatic to write about. Like a smartphone app is somehow the key to understanding the secrets of the universe and beyond. Well, they do have an app for pretty much anything these days predictable joke, but I digress. Which is a word I've never really completely understood.

Leave the main subject temporarily in speech or writing. Huh. Guess that checks out. No surprises there. It's not really a word you can misinterpret, digress. Nobody's going to be overly offended that you digressed right in front of their mum. They just sorta go, "Who actually uses that in a conversation?".

That was pretty good. Maybe I've been wrong about this whole blogging thing from the start. Maybe I should've been more positive. Maybe if the whole world was a little more positive we could all work together to create a better world for everyone. We can set aside our differences and strive to achieve true peace, happiness, and love throughout the world, so we can be as one as we ascend into the mind of god.

Told you I'd get to the secrets of the universe.
